Vijay Shimpukade is a seasoned techno-commercial leader with over 35 years of experience across IT services, telecommunications, software and product development, high-performance computing, system integration, and manufacturing. He leads MAIARA’s strategic initiatives, helping drive business growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships.
Throughout his career, Vijay has worked with leading global organizations, including AT&T and Intel, managing senior leadership roles and guiding cross-functional teams across the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Japan, Africa, and India.
Vijay holds an engineering degree and a Master’s in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is also a successful entrepreneur and has served as a Grand Jury member for the Manthan Award, organized by the Digital Empowerment Foundation.
At MAIARA, Vijay combines his technical expertise, business acumen, and global experience to shape strategies that help clients innovate, scale, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

With expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Trishul consistently delivers high-impact solutions that align with client objectives and business priorities. His commitment to continuous improvement and client-centric delivery makes him a trusted partner in achieving successful outcomes.
Trishul is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), reflecting his strong foundation in agile project management and delivery excellence.
Steve Njenga is a seasoned ICT Management Executive with over 30 years of expertise driving digital transformation and technology innovation across global industries and financial institutions. He has successfully led large-scale initiatives, delivering measurable growth in revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency. His expertise spans strategic IT leadership, transformational change, technology integration, and risk management to create competitive advantages across developed and emerging markets.
A strategic thought leader with comprehensive experience aligning technology with business objectives, Steve brings deep expertise in emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, and digital innovation. He holds a Master of Science from The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, with executive education from Harvard Business School and UCLA.
Prasad is a highly experienced professional with over 27 years of expertise in business and technology consulting. He has successfully led independent business units and effectively managed large-scale digital transformation programs. Prasad possesses a unique and comprehensive blend of expertise in business, technology, and human psychology. He has spearheaded managed service competency for a large multinational corporation, focusing on cutting-edge managed services, autonomous operations, and AI operations.

An award-winning leader, keynote speaker, and established banking dynamo, Vikrant Ponkshe’s presence has set new benchmarks in the banking industry. Having won the prestigious ‘CEO with HR Orientation’ Award from Asia Pacific HRM Congress in India, he has been the think tank of an award-winning Relationship Management Solution provided to a leading bank.
Vikrant brings 24 years of cross-functional, multi-cultural experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector in Start-ups, Profit Centre Management, Strategy implementation, Risk Management, Operations, Quality Assurance, Credit, Compliance, and Client Services. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Wales and a post-graduate degree in Law from Pune University in India.
Sanjeev is a senior technology Global leader for more than 30 years who led teams in the developed US, Europe and in emerging geographies Latin America, Asia etc. He is an innovator and strategist in defining Information Technology for consumer products and the food industry. He created & sustained IT Global shared services organizations supporting 100+ countries for big corporations. Managed vast, complex Global IT operations – infrastructure and Applications. Managed Global Digital transformation projects such as cloud migration, Digital workplace, Big data analytics, etc. Significant experience in SAP Global implementations for more than 20 years with projects like S4/HANA, Instance consolidations.
He is post-graduate from Jamanalal Bajaj, Mumbai & post-graduate from Tuck university.
