He has built and led innovative technology companies that help organizations transform the way they operate, compete, and grow. His expertise spans Banking and Financial Services, government, manufacturing, logistics, education, energy and utilities, telecommunications, defense, and capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has delivered technology solutions for clients across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia.

Vasant holds an MBA from Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering. He is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMP) and the Institute of Management Consultants USA. Under his leadership, MAIARA continues to deliver AI-powered software solutions and consulting services that help businesses innovate, automate, and achieve sustainable growth.

Known for his strong problem-solving skills and commitment to best practices, Shripad has led the successful delivery of several mission-critical projects, including technology solutions for leading insurance brokerage firms in the United States and auto finance platforms for global automotive manufacturers. Shripad holds professional certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMP), Scrum Alliance (Certified ScrumMaster), and Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Application Developer – MCAD).

Vijay Shimpukade is a seasoned techno-commercial leader with over 35 years of experience across IT services, telecommunications, software and product development, high-performance computing, system integration, and manufacturing. He leads MAIARA’s strategic initiatives, helping drive business growth, market expansion, and long-term partnerships. Throughout his career, Vijay has worked with leading global organizations, including AT&T and Intel, managing senior leadership roles and guiding cross-functional teams across the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Japan, Africa, and India.

Vijay holds an engineering degree and a Master’s in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is also a successful entrepreneur and has served as a Grand Jury member for the Manthan Award, organized by the Digital Empowerment Foundation. At MAIARA, Vijay combines his technical expertise, business acumen, and global experience to shape strategies that help clients innovate, scale, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
